Race for the Cure

My mom and I participated in this breast caner race in the QC this morning and
we both feel pretty great about it. Despite the rain there was a
very good turnout and lots of fast runners! We walked 5km in about 57 minutes which is pretty good for walking, I think. Then, of course, we had to stop at Starbucks after and get our breve and soy lattes. Anyhow, good weekend so far.
Yiayia's year memorial is tomorrow so the rest of the family is coming in tonight and tomorrow morning. I can't believe it's already been a year!
